We’re back baby!! #pregamedump has been absent the last few weeks and the Bills have struggled. So despite scheduling confilcts, We’re writing to you live 5:15p from my office at Bean Media Productions ahead of a BLEUMAFIA doubleheader consisting of my big bro’s Varsity NT Lumberjacks opening at home to Starpoint, followed by the BILLS on primetime baby. Where else would you rather be? Let’s get you ready to rock for kickoff with your #pregamedump!!

Oh Bill.

It’s been a long road together with Bill Belichick. We’ve had our ups and downs. Previous to last year’s “No Punt” period, the Bills have been the little stepchild of New Englands Emperor and Tom Brady, but Josh Allen has given a New Hope. Long forgotten are the days of a walk off victory courtesy of Ryan Fitzmagic. Long gone are the days of seeing the Pats run their most basic stuff they can, to escape Buffalo without giving other teams a scout, and it is now Buffalo who is tested with balancing how much to show versus how much to save. It will be interesting to see the approach that Ken Dorsey takes in 2022-23, versus the success that Brian Daboll exhibited last season.

Dorsey Sauce

Will Ken air it out tonight in Foxburo? The weather doesn’t look too bad, chilly but no wind and no rain. It seems as though the logical move would be to make this one over as early as possible, by using the pass game. I fully expect the Bills to try and spread out NE and crank up the tempo in the early stages. The issue there lies in Belichick’s ability to scout and adapt. He knows that’s what Buffalo is aiming to do and will be prepared. How prepared with Ken Dorsey have his offense if Bill makes a few early stops and messes with that plan?

Ain’t Much, But It’s Honest Work.

The Patriots aren’t as sexy as they used to be. We know that, but we also know that Bill gets the most out of his men, and this is STILL the Patriots. They will respect Buffalo and approach this game with clear intent to kill. Keep your eyes out for the blood red sleeves of BLEU-fan-fav Matt Judon, #9. He is a monster with length, size, and speed, and I’m betting Bill will be aiming to use Judon’s and other’s arms to bat down Josh’s rhythmic flow pass game. They will use Judon in several places, including LB and Edge. Bill will surely bring out some confusion looks for 17, as he respects how he’s grown and will accept the challenge. #2 Jalen Mills is a hot shot who comes over from Philly and brings some talent to the back end, but Allen should be able to take care of business with a less-than-sexy group of DBs. Another Bleu-fan-fav ##3 Jabrill Peppers enters Bills tahn as a player who can fly around and make plays.

On Offense QB Mac Jones leads the charge after an underwhelming start to 2022. He has found a bit more comfort in the offense and has regained his footing, thanks to not having ANY backup to challenge his starting role. (How is Brian Hoyer a Pro QB still?) Zappe was a fad, who was sent back to the minors. Despite a lackluster statistical background, this offense DOES HAVE WEAPONS. If Mac can find himself in a safe place in the pocket, he can certainly find WRs like #16 Jakobi Meyers & Former Dolphin possession king #1 Devante Parker. The Bills better be careful letting the 2 young speedsters behind them, as #11 Tyquan Thorton and #84 Kendrick Bourne have proven they can FLY.

My Prediction…

IF Buffalo can blow the doors off in the first half.. I’m confident. I’m not so confident that THE EMPEROR is going to just sit back and allow that to happen. Keep your head on a swivel, watch for tipped balls at LOS, and HANG ONTO THE ROCK!. The bottom line is, if this game comes down to an ugly scrapper like the last few? I think I’d have to trust Belichick’s army in a game like that.

Buffalo is stimeyed early, forced to rebuild and adjust, and as great teams do, they do. 17 proves he’s not like anyone else inside his chest, and guts us through a TOUGH AFC East NEEDED dub.
