You know the drill. It’s gameday baby. After a long 11 hour windstorm and several prayers to the good lord above, it’s game day in WNY. Prayers to anyone out there who lost power, felt like a UFO battle was going on in the skies. The Bills head down to TOMPA to take on the monstar Bucs in a key battle on CBS. Let’s break down what the Bills will seek to do against their big brother Tom and Tomato face Bruce Arians.

Tomato Pie

Arians often appears as if he just got a great nap by the pool and caught a shower before hitting up his favorite seafood place. He has it all in Tampa, the weather, the program, the players. He is the epitome of what a man who dedicated hisself to football deserves if there was a football heaven. He, like Tom and many of the other veterans on the team have paid their dues, but they are truly professionals. Don’t let the laid back look of Arians fool you, he is a genius. He will slice up the pie all day long and seek to stay one step ahead of Leslie Frasier, Sean McDermott and the pass rush Bills.

Remember the Chiefs Game?

If you’re capable of remembering, the Bills did put together a team with a pass rush that could get to Pat Mahomes similarly to how Tampa Bay did in the Super Bowl. If you notice, the opposition is repeptively doing to us what the Bucs were able to do to the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. Stay back, play zone, and rush the fuck out of a rotation of bloodthirsty pass rushers. THAT’S what this Bills defense was created to do. They should be able to get after Brady today. That’s what they were put together to do.

Safeties Can’t Be Leading In Tackles

Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer are 2 of the most underated players in the NFL, and that’s probably some of the reason why they appeared so upset in the postgame presser last week. Why are they solely responsible for making tackle after tackle at the 2nd and 3rd levels? Can we get some DL stagnation and wrangling of the bull (RB)? If you notice how other teams defend our run game, they prevent any cut back angles or bounces, because they know we don’t wan to hit the gaps. The zone gives cutback opportunities (Harris TD, Henry Runs) but not if the OL doesn’t get push. The DL has done a good job of wrangling the Bills run game by putting a big bubble of shit around the gap, that’s all the Bills D needs to do.

Lenny & Ron

Ronald Jones might get a few extra carries today against this Bills D. But I expect the Bills Defense to step up against the run. For some reason I feel like Ronald Jones will have a big day on the ground, but Brady will struggle. Our pass defense know’s Brady’s pass game, and he knows we know his gig.

Gaby Baby

I’m looking forward to seeing Gabe Davis become a bigger part of this offense. Why? Because real ones show up when the chips are down. He will show up for Josh whenever he is called upon. I expect a big game from him today.

Final Prediction

Though I know the Bills are not the better team, they are younger. I think this could be the type of game that they grow up. If they so choose to accept this mission, they can certainly beat the Bucs. If they splinter from within, due to a red faced Sean McDermott who can’t accept his own weaknesses, the team will continue to disappoint themselves.

I have the Bills in a fancy shootout, where the DL finally steps up and Greg Rousseau makes a case for new favorite Billsmafia member. He and fellow Floridian Gabe Davis help young Bills regain confidence heading into NE.
