I’ve been disappointed with this Bills team since they didn’t finish versus the Titans, and came out lazy and fat after the BYE. It doesn’t mean I don’t have faith in this team, but if they don’t shift their mindset soon, it could be a quick ending. The Bills are fortunate to enter NAHLens to take on a Saints team without their star RB or normal starting QB, but as we saw in Jax, it’s a weird league. Let’s break down what we can expect heading into the Turkey Day Night Game.

Defense Wins Championships

The Bills defense was run over by the Colts at home, as we all know. The starting Nose and Linebacker were both out, which are key in a game like that. The defense is going up against a career backup QB and this should obviously help our chances. Alvin Kamara, one of my favorite non Bills, is not going to suit up for the 3rd straight week. The Bills will have LB Tremaine Edmunds returning from a brief hiatus, who will surely sure up the D.

I expect to see the Bills win the TO differential.

#14 Ingram Is Ready to Glow

Mark Ingram hasn’t exactly been a superstar over his career, but he can still tote the load. He is a hard runner who has been refreshed emotionally after going back to New Orleans. He apparently couldn’t get a “cool” RB number, so he ended up settling on #14. I think it looks pretty cool. He could go for about 86 yards and a TD or 2 today.

Oh Josh

He’s so calm off the field, it’s easy to forget how young on the field he really is. I know he hasn’t been exactly too sharp, but I’m confident he’s ready to turn up the dial this time of the year. I’m confident he knows it’s time to pay the piper, and I know he will battle to the final whistle. What I would really love to see is Brian Daboll start to stick up for his team and QB, and take some of the blame for some of this lack of preparation we’ve been seeing both against good teams, and bad ones.

You Can Do’it!

Bills should go out and ball today versus a limpy Saints team. Sean Payton will pull out all the stops to try and steal the show, and expect Brees to show his homer colors on the call. I can’t see the Saints being able to score more than 15-16 points. The Bills will rip the ball a few times from Siemian’s frail fangers, and Josh will bury them early in the 3rd.

30-15 Bills. #Bookit!
