Ugly So Far for Pat
Pats night so far looks about as coordinated as one of his brothers TikTok videos. Looks kinda fun, but also looks uncomforatable to participate in. So far the Jolly Green Giant looks the part, and a rotating Bills pas rush has made Pat uncomfortable all night. With a typical “gadget” play by the Chiefs – full of smoke and mirrors, they were able to score, but it hasn’t been easy.
Green Giant
The night thus far for Greg Rousseau has been a beaut. He has controlled his territory with extended arms, and pushed his man back into the passer. He has played cat and mouse with Mahomes and dictated where he needs to go, and when he needs to go there. Boogie Basham has already made an impact and has a confident look in his eyes. Though Matt Milano is inactive, the Bills have maintained tight coverage thus far, with a few moments of separation, but not many. The Bills are also hitting, something that is truly satisfying to yours truly.
Pretty Chemistry
The Bills are firing on all cylinders offensively. Emmanuel Sanders scored on a beautiful 1on1, as did Dawson Knox. Can they keep beating the Chiefs secondary and competing the deep ball if it starts to get shitty out? Allen has missed only 1 so far tonight, a chemistry goal line ball with Sanders that they’ll almost certainly hit next time. The Bills are tough to stop right now, but their defense is also pretty tough…
Finish the Kill
As we said pregame, Patrick Mahomes won’t go down without a fight. He will fire his gun until he’s outa bullets, and he is mad, but that doesn’t mean his play will suffer. The Bills will need to keep the rotations coming, and keep hitting to finish this kill. This game has gone how Buffalo has wanted so far, but weather now has made a factor. Weather shouldn’t ruin the party, but it does put a damper on the momentum for a team on the road.
